submitting events to be listed on espresso cafe coffeehouse calendar
1) Please submit events for consideration at least 2 weeks prior to actual date. We will try to post submissions with less than 2 weeks notice, but there is no guarantee that they will be posted.
2) If your event does not include live Christian music or other Christian arts (drama, original visual art, dance, etc.), we will not post it. However, your event may be able to be posted on the STAR 991. Community Calendar. Please see submission guidelines here.
3) Please make sure your event listing includes complete information. If the event is missing start time or lacks a way for people to get more info or does not have a performer listed, it slows down the process of posting the event and jeopardizes your event being listed.
If you have a coffeehouse you'd like listed, please email the following information:
name of coffeehouse
name of sponsoring organization (church, ministry, etc.)
date and time of the event
street address of the event
any admission charge or if an offering will be taken or if the event is completely free
name of performer(s)
phone number people may call for more information
email address or Web site people may visit for more information (optional)
